1. What ProjectPorch does

ProjectPorch provides planning estimates and helps connect people seeking local services with a company across the United States. Residential and commercial projects are supported. ProjectPorch is a referral service; it does not perform the service work.

This version is a private preview with sample prices and provider details still being configured. TRENDHIVE LLC is the operator. The support address is support@project-porch.com; support forwarding is active, and DBA status is being finalized. These draft terms describe the preview and need review before a public launch.

2. Your request or application

Submit only if you are 18 or older and authorized to act for the property or company. Provide accurate details and contact information you have permission to use. Do not submit a request on someone else’s behalf without their permission.

3. General estimates are for planning

The calculator produces an approximate range based on your selections, measurements, and the site’s pricing assumptions. Current prices are illustrative sample rates. A range is not a binding quote, a promise of availability, or an offer to perform work at that price.

The service company must review the property, measurements, condition, access, and requested work before confirming a firm quote. Taxes, extra preparation, repairs, specialty work, or changes in scope can affect the final price. Read the included work and exclusions shown with your estimate.

4. One company per customer request

You can see an estimate without providing contact details. When you request a firm quote, we save your project and contact details for an exclusive referral. Multiple approved companies that match the trade, property type, and service area may see the same summary and project notes before purchase when you consent to notes previews, without your name, exact address, phone, or email fields. Keep contact details and personal identifiers out of project notes; common detected identifiers are masked in previews. Older requests that promised private notes keep that restriction. The first company to purchase the lead receives those private details after confirmed payment, and the lead is removed from the other companies’ available calendars. If you select a Plus company, your direct request goes only to that company without a separate lead fee. With your separate sharing permission, that company may receive your details and contact you by phone or email about this project. We may receive payment for the referral.

Submitting a request does not hire the company or commit you to accept its quote. This preview does not automatically send notifications to the company. Coverage and availability at your address still need confirmation. We do not disclose your private contact details to multiple competing companies. A replacement referral would require your permission.

5. A preferred time is not a booking

Your walkthrough date and time are preferences. An appointment exists only after the company confirms it with you. Changes or cancellations should be arranged directly with the company once you are in contact.

6. Choosing and hiring a company

Service companies are independent businesses. They set the final scope, pricing, payment arrangements, schedule, and workmanship terms. Any agreement to perform work is between you and the company.

Optional badges describe specific business documents manually reviewed by ProjectPorch, with their scope and validity dates. Submitting documents alone does not earn a badge. A company account or paid listing does not establish verification. Badge expiry removes the badge, not account access. ProjectPorch does not conduct background checks or guarantee qualifications or work quality. Before hiring, ask the company to confirm the credentials needed for your project and obtain a written scope and quote. ProjectPorch does not offer a workmanship guarantee or resolve a company’s service warranty on its behalf.

7. Companies applying to buy leads

When signup is open, basic company details and agreement to account rules create an account awaiting email confirmation. Confirmation activates access without waiting for optional document verification. Companies must attest that they meet the licensing, permits, and insurance requirements applicable to their services and locations. This attestation does not substitute for those obligations or earn a verified badge. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or inaccurate information. Signup does not purchase leads or reserve a territory. We do not guarantee lead volume, customer responses, appointments, or completed jobs.

Before any paid leads are delivered, the company must accept final company purchasing terms covering the lead price, eligible services and coverage, delivery method, qualification criteria, duplicate or invalid leads, credit or refund rules, and how purchases can be stopped. The local preview does not collect real payments. Stripe checkout and billing must be configured before paid purchases or subscriptions are available.

That agreement must also address customer confidentiality, access to lead information, project-related contact only, requests to stop contact, and restrictions on resale or forwarding. Customer details are accessible only to the company that purchases an exclusive lead or receives a direct request. ProjectPorch Plus offers paid featured placement, a company request page, and a booking link and QR code. Direct requests have no additional lead fee; general marketplace purchases remain separately priced. Plus does not guarantee leads, appointments, or jobs. Featured placement is not certification or endorsement.

8. Information and contact permission

The separate privacy notice explains what the preview stores and who can access it. Customer-sharing permission and partner-contact permission are separate from reviewing these draft terms. Neither permission authorizes unrelated marketing.

We record the draft terms version and acknowledgment time with new submissions. Older records without that acknowledgment are not treated as having reviewed these terms. Do not include payment card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in project or application notes.

9. Responsible use and site content

Do not submit fabricated leads, impersonate others, harass users, scrape private contact information, send spam, bypass access controls, or disrupt the website. We may reject abusive submissions or restrict access to protect the service.

You retain rights in information you submit and allow its use to process your request as described here and in the privacy notice. Our branding and site content may not be used to imply unauthorized affiliation.

10. Availability and legal rights

We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or a particular referral outcome. Mandatory rights and responsibilities under applicable law remain in effect. These draft terms do not introduce mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a fixed liability cap.

11. Updates and questions

Changes will carry a new date and version. Your stored acknowledgment will retain the version shown when you submitted; it will not be rewritten to accept later versions.

Contact support@project-porch.com for questions, corrections, deletion requests, or complaints. Support forwarding is active. Request-handling procedures must be completed before launch. This draft is for the private preview and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
