Your estimate

You can see an estimate without providing contact details. The range is for planning and is not a company’s binding quote.

Information saved with a request

We save your project, estimate, name, email, phone, street address, city, ZIP code, requested date and time, time zone, notes, sharing permission, and the draft terms version and acknowledgment. These details are stored in the server database.

Marketplace requests

Multiple approved companies matching your service and coverage may see the same summary: project scope, city and state, property type, planning estimate, requested time, and project notes when you consent to notes previews. Detected contact details are masked in note previews. Your name, exact address, phone, and email fields remain withheld. Older requests that promised private notes keep their notes locked until purchase. After confirmed payment, only the first purchasing company can access those details to contact you about this project, and the lead leaves the other companies’ available calendars. The same request is not sold to competing companies.

Direct company requests

When you choose a company’s profile or use its booking link or QR code, your request and contact information are sent only to that company’s private calendar. They are not offered for purchase to other companies. The company must confirm the walkthrough; submitting a preferred time does not book an appointment.

Company accounts and Plus

We store company applications, account access records, approved coverage, profile information, travel coverage, and subscription status. Email confirmation activates new eligible company accounts. Optional verification badges show only the evidence checked, review date, expiry, and applicable trade/state scope; submitted private documents and policy numbers stay private. Private business information includes legal name, business address, registration details, license records, insurance information, and owner verification notes and dates. These are available only to the owner and the company, as appropriate. Companies can edit their name, description, business phone, public company email, and logo. These profile details, approved services, and coverage are displayed publicly when Plus is active. Uploaded logos are resized and saved as PNG images. Private application notes and sign-in email addresses are not included in public profiles.

Payments and sign-in

Stripe handles checkout and subscription billing when connected. We store purchase identifiers, payment status, and the accepted fee and terms version, not card numbers. Sign-in uses a one-use invitation or an emailed access link when email delivery is configured. Authorized accounts receive an essential session cookie. Email sign-in is delivered through Resend when enabled.

Access and use

The owner can review submissions. A company can retrieve private customer details only for purchased leads or its own direct requests. Companies may use them for that project, not unrelated marketing or resale. Connection identifiers are temporarily hashed to limit repeated submissions.

TRENDHIVE LLC operates ProjectPorch. Contact support@project-porch.com for privacy requests; support forwarding is active. Sample pricing calibration, retention and deletion procedures, and final company purchasing and subscription terms must be completed. This notice and the Terms of Use remain drafts for the private preview.
